Dieser First Flush stammt von der Puttabong Teeplantage, welche im Western Darjeelings liegt. Ausdrucksstark ist der Aufguss, sehr blumig, mit frischen Zitrusnoten. Eine leichte Adstringenz ist auf der Zunge zu spüren, die sehr harmonisch in das Geschmacksbild eingebettet ist. Eine sehr schön gemachte erste Ernte, die Darjeeling First Flush Fans absolut überzeugt.

Zubereitung: ca. 12 g pro Liter, 100°C, Ziehzeit ca. 2 Minuten
